What our clients have to say about MDF Group …

“This project was a success for both Abel Tasman and MDF Group with no major disruption to the day to day operations of the village during the project, including access to the existing units.

This was managed by the MDF foreman who consistently liaised with the manager, who notified staff and residents of upcoming activities and impacts.

Abel Tasman negotiated subsequent renovations with MDF Group, based on the relationship formed in the initial project.” abel tasman logo

“Part of our Corporate Safety Team (CST) responsibilities is to monitor workplace changes that may affect the Work Health and Safety of workers. Recently major works have occurred across the facilities of one of our Clients that increased the potential exposure to an increased number or hazards. These include the installation of fire sprinklers, re-flooring, painting and other major works. These works introduced new hazards into the facilities such as noise, vibration, chemicals, electrical and increased slips and trips due to increased traffic. In these circumstances we typically see an increase in the number and severity of incidents due to the increased risk exposure. It was extremely pleasing to see in these latest works that there were no incidents reported associated to these works and further we recorded the lowest number of incidence per month to date.

The CST members attributed this to the exemplary management displayed by MDF. The members explained that MDF provided adequate information and assisted the facility in planning the works to ensure minimal distribution to workers and clients. It was further reported that MDF addressed safety as a priority and minimised the hazard exposure in consultation with the facility. There was a real sense that the partnership with MDF is yielding great (and safe) results.”
