MDF Group affirm to observe the highest standards of honesty, fairness, independence, competence and respect for the Construction Practitioners Registration Act.

In accordance with this declaration, MDF Group shall

  1. Be dedicated to upholding the public interest of ensuring safe and healthy building work;
  2. Deal honestly with, and not make any false or misleading representations to clients, government authorities and the public in general;
  3. Not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, creed, age or origin;
  4. Promote products and services which are functionally and economically sound, and which are consistent with the relevant health and safety standards.
  5. Ensure that we keep up to date in regard to relevant legislation, codes, standards and practices;
  6. Not disclose or use confidential information gained on the performance of work, unless permission is first obtained;
  7. Not to pay or provide valuable consideration as inducements in order to secure work;
  8. Write all contracts such that they are fair and mutually beneficial to all parties concerned, such that they are free from ambiguities or omissions which tend to obscure contractual obligations;
  9. Honour all contractual obligations until and unless they are altered or dissolved by the mutual consent of all contractual parties concerned;
  10. Not participate in collusive tendering.
